Patience
Patience: the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, difficulty, or annoyance without getting angry, upset or rushing.
Being patient is a way of treating oneself with compassion.

Yet, if we were to proceed more slowly and patiently, not only would we enjoy ourselves more, but we’re likely to do a better job of mastering the skill in question.
